Ensure Greater Machine Stability with an Annual Maintenance Agreement.

- Before inspecting or performing maintenance on mechanical equipment, the power supply must be turned off.
- At the end of the day, after shutting down the CNC machine, allow the chip conveyor to run for at least 5 more minutes to ensure complete chip evacuation.
- At the end of the day, wipe off any coolant splashes from the chip conveyor surface to extend its service life.
- During weekly maintenance, once you’re certain that all chips on the conveyor pallet have been evacuated, run the chip conveyor in reverse for approximately 5 minutes to clear any residual chips underneath the pallet.
- During monthly maintenance, shut down the CNC machine and remove any chips stuck between the pallet mechanism.
- Check the tension of the pallet mechanism monthly. If there is any slack in the chain, tighten the tension bolts until proper tension is restored.
- Lubricate the bearings of the conveyor’s drive mechanism monthly. Open the caps of the grease fittings, apply grease, and then securely close the caps after lubrication.
