Ensure Stable Operation of Your Machines with an Annual Maintenance Contract.
Maintenance Contract
- Before inspecting or performing maintenance on mechanical devices, the power supply must be turned off.
- The wear condition of the magnetic separator’s scraping components should be checked every 3 months.
- The fabric filter should be inspected regularly, and the filtration system must not be operated without it. Running the system without the fabric filter may cause damage to the pressure pump.
- If the filtration system uses a steel filter, cleaning should be performed by the operator in accordance with the full signal before resuming operation.
- During monthly maintenance, open the caps of the grease fittings on the bearings of the filtration system’s drive mechanism and lubricate them with grease. Close the grease fitting caps after lubrication is completed.
