Ensure more stable machine operation with an annual maintenance contract.
Maintenance Contract
- Always disconnect the power supply before inspecting or performing maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- After shutting down the machine at the end of the day, allow the laser conveyor to run for at least 5 more minutes. This ensures complete removal of scrap parts.
- Lubricate the pallet system daily. Since laser cutting machines usually operate with dry cutting, this is essential for the longevity of the pallet chain components.
- During monthly maintenance, turn off the machine and remove any scrap parts stuck between the pallet mechanisms.
- Check the pallet mechanism’s tension monthly. If sagging is detected, tighten the tension bolts until the sagging is eliminated.
- Clean the dust collection and sample trays under the conveyor every 15 days to prevent possible blockages.
- Clean the scrap collection trays under the drive unit daily to avoid potential blockages.
- During monthly maintenance, open the grease fitting caps on the conveyor’s drive unit bearings and apply grease. Close the caps after lubrication.
