While ensuring the effective recovery of oils such as guideway lubrication oil with oil skimmers,

It is designed to separate coolant mixed with guideway oil after cutting operations in CNC machines.
During CNC machining, it is critical to separate guideway oil and similar lubricants—potentially harmful to the coolant—from the main cutting fluid. This process helps prevent fluid degradation and extends coolant lifespan.
Using the difference in viscosity and specific gravity, the guideway oil is extracted from the tank with the help of a helical gear and recovered, while the coolant remains cleaner and functional for a longer period.
The unit can be produced with immersion depths tailored to the tank it will be coupled with. Thanks to its ergonomic structure and compact dimensions, it can be easily integrated into any tank system.

Ensure more stable machine operation with an annual maintenance contract.
The separated oil should be monitored monthly. If a decrease in the volume of separated oil is detected, the Astor service unit must be informed.
