Bakım sözleşmesi
1. Mekanik cihazlar incelenirken veya bakımını yapılırken, önce güç kaynağının kapatılması zorunludur.
2. Gün sonunda takım tezgahı kapatılınca talaş konveyörünün en az 5 dakika çalışmaya devam etmesine izin verin. Böylelikle talaşın tamamen taşınması sağlanmış olur.
3. Gün sonunda talaş konveyörünün üzerine sıçrayan kesme sıvılarını siliniz, böylelikle talaş konveyörünün kullanım ömrü uzar.
4. Haftalık bakımlarda talaş konveyörü paletinin üzerinde talaşların tamamen taşındığına emin olduktan sonra, paletin altında kalan talaşları temizlemek için talaş konveyörünü ~10 dakika ters yönde çalıştırın.
5. Aylık bakımlarda takım tezgahı kapatarak palet mekanizmasının arasına sıkışmış talaş parçalarını temizleyin.
6. Aylık bakımlarda palet mekanizmasının gerginlik kontrolünü yapın. Palet mekanizmasında sarkma oluşmuş ise gerdirme cıvatalarını sarkma ortadan kalkana kadar sıkın.
7. Aylık bakımlarda talaş konveyörünün tahrik mekanizmasının yataklarının gres rekorlarının kapaklarını açarak gres yağı ile yağlayın. İşlem bittikten sonra gres rekorlarının kapaklarını kapatın.
