Secure more stable machine operation with an annual maintenance contract.

- Before inspecting or performing maintenance on mechanical devices, the power supply must be turned off.
- After shutting down the machine tool at the end of the day, allow the chip conveyor to continue running for at least 5 minutes to ensure complete chip removal.
- At the end of the day, wipe off any coolant splashed onto the chip conveyor to extend its service life.
- During weekly maintenance, ensure that all chips on the conveyor pallet have been fully discharged, then run the conveyor in reverse for approximately 10 minutes to remove any remaining chips beneath the pallet.
- During monthly maintenance, shut down the machine tool and clean any chips lodged between the pallet mechanism.
- Check the tension of the pallet mechanism monthly. If there is sagging, tighten the tension bolts until the sag is eliminated.
- During monthly maintenance, open the grease fitting covers on the drive mechanism bearings of the chip conveyor and apply grease. Close the covers once lubrication is complete.
