Ensure Stable Operation with an Annual Maintenance Contract.

- Before inspecting or servicing any mechanical equipment, it is mandatory to disconnect the power supply.
- At the end of the day, allow the chip conveyor to continue running for at least 5 minutes after the machine tool has been shut down. This ensures that all chips are completely transported.
- Wipe off any coolant splashed onto the chip conveyor at the end of the day to extend its service life.
- During weekly maintenance, once you confirm that all chips have been removed from the conveyor surface, run the chip conveyor in reverse for about 5 minutes to clean out any remaining chips beneath the paddles.
- During monthly maintenance, turn off the machine tool and remove any chips stuck between the paddles of the conveyor mechanism.
- Check the tension of the paddle mechanism monthly. If sagging is observed, tighten the tension bolts until it is corrected.
- Lubricate the bearings of the conveyor’s drive mechanism monthly by opening the grease fittings and applying grease. After the process, close the grease fitting covers.
