Ensure More Stable Machine Operation with an Annual Maintenance Agreement.

- Before inspecting or performing maintenance on mechanical equipment, it is mandatory to disconnect the power supply.
- After the machine tool is shut down at the end of the day, allow the chip conveyor to continue running for at least 5 minutes. This ensures that chips are fully transported.
- At the end of the day, wipe off any cutting fluid splashed on the chip conveyor to extend its service life.
- During monthly maintenance, shut down the machine tool and clean chip residues stuck between the pallet mechanisms.
- During monthly maintenance, check the tension of the pallet mechanism. If there is sagging, tighten the tension bolts until the sagging is eliminated.
- During monthly maintenance, open the grease fitting caps of the drive mechanism bearings of the chip conveyor and lubricate with grease. After the process, close the grease fitting caps securely.
