Maintenance Agreement
- Before inspecting or servicing mechanical equipment, it is mandatory to disconnect the power supply.
- Operating the conveyor synchronously with the machine during part processing prevents issues such as jamming, slipping, or parts falling off.
- Regular cleaning of the bins or areas used for part stacking prevents part abrasion caused by accumulation on the moving belt, thereby extending the conveyor belt’s service life.
- During monthly maintenance, check the tension of the conveyor belt mechanism. If belt sagging has occurred, tighten the tension bolts until the sag is eliminated.
- During monthly maintenance, open the grease fitting caps of the conveyor’s drive mechanism bearings and lubricate with grease. After completing the process, close the grease fitting caps.
