Secure Stable Machine Operation with an Annual Maintenance Agreement.

  1. Before inspecting or servicing any mechanical devices, it is mandatory to disconnect the power supply.

  2. At the end of the workday, allow the chip conveyor to operate for at least 5 minutes after the CNC machine is turned off. This ensures complete chip evacuation.

  3. Wipe off any coolant splashes from the chip conveyor surface at the end of the day to extend the conveyor’s lifespan.

  4. During weekly maintenance, after ensuring all chips on the conveyor pallet have been transferred, run the conveyor in reverse for approximately 5 minutes to clear chips accumulated underneath the pallet.

  5. During monthly maintenance, shut down the CNC machine and remove any chips lodged between the pallet mechanisms.

  6. Check the tension of the pallet mechanism monthly. If sagging is observed, tighten the tension bolts until proper alignment is restored.

  7. For monthly lubrication, open the covers of the grease fittings on the drive mechanism bearings and apply grease. Close the covers after lubrication is complete.
